As part of these ongoing negotiations, the company has announced that it has agreed with its lenders to defer the testing of certain covenants at 30 June 2009, the company's interim period end, to 31 August 2009 pending the outcome of its discussions with its lenders.
The company will provide a further update on its refinancing discussions at the time of the Interim Results announcement.
