Key Publishing Launches Classic Land Rover

Key Publishing has announced the launch of Classic Land Rover, a new monthly magazine for Series and classic Land Rover enthusiasts.

Key Publishing is one of Europe’s leading publishers of specialist leisure magazines with brands such as FlyPast, Airliner World, Hornby, Airfix Model World and AirForces Monthly.

Commenting on the launch, Adrian Cox, Managing Director of Key Publishing said: “The launch of Classic Land Rover demonstrates Key’s commitment to developing our transport related consumer magazine portfolio. We are very excited about the opportunities afforded by this new title, and there is a natural fit and synergy with our extensive range of specialist leisure titles. Land Rovers are iconic vehicles, and we are relishing the opportunity to bring something very fresh and different into the market.”

Ann Saundry, Commercial Director of Key Publishing added: “Following from last year’s acquisition of Ian Allan’s portfolio of transport titles, we are already in a position to start expanding our market presence in this sector. Classic Land Rover represents the first stage of this process.”

Classic Land Rover will cover all pre-1989 Land Rovers but will focus on Series One to Three as well as military models from this period. The 100 page magazine, which launches on 1 May 2013 (June 2013 issue) with a monthly frequency and superb production values, will have a cover price of £3.99, says Key Publishing.
