Live Chat launched by Van Trader

Van Trader has launched Live Chat, a brand new service to help dealers turn website traffic from warm leads into hot prospects.

Live Chat, which allows online consumers to chat to dealership sales staff via the full page advert on Van Trader (part of Trader Media Group), helps dealers to engage with customers at the earliest opportunity in the buying cycle. In a recent survey 79% of consumers who favoured Live Chat do so because it’s convenient and questions are answered quickly, say the publishers.

Live Chat is a direct, real-time live messaging service which provides the best opportunity to fully engage with online consumers and develop a relationship in a way that simple online web pages or social media alone cannot achieve. It allows a dealer to influence buyers by engaging with them in a dialogue at the earliest possible opportunity in the buying process.

There is a level of commitment to provide a dedicated resource as response times are critically important.
