Kirsty (pictured) is currently distribution director for Monocle, and she has previously held the positions of commercial manager at River Publishing and senior circulation and trade marketing manager at Emap Consumer Media.
Reporting into client services director Nicki Roberts, Kirsty will be charged with heading up the IPG circulation management team and driving excellent service levels from across the business for Marketforce clients.
Nicki says: “This is great news for Marketforce. Kirsty is a fantastic operator who will bring a wealth of experience and a proven ability for delivering results within challenging markets. We have ambitious plans to develop and grow both our existing and new business and I’m confident that Kirsty’s appointment will leave us well-placed to achieve all our objectives.”

Kirsty takes up her new role on 14 March 2011.
