The updated site features up to 22,000 properties for sale and up to 4,500 homes for rent from estate agents who can now upload details of new properties onto the website daily.
Video footage of homes and areas across the region is to be broadcast on the Homesmine TV programme on MEN Media’s Channel M.
Offering free online listings to estate agents using its print titles, Homesmine aims to offer the North West the most comprehensive property sales and lettings website.
Ruth Spratt, MEN Media managing director, said: “The relaunched site is practical and simple to navigate. Our strategy has not been to overload it with too many features and editorial but to simply allow browsers to quickly find the property they are looking for from the many thousands of homes we feature each week.”

The relaunch will be publicised through a ‘We’re up your street’-themed marketing campaign in the Manchester Evening News, Metro, Channel M, and 21 MEN Media weekly titles and their websites.
The weekly newspapers will carry wrap advertising amongst the very heavyweight campaign, as well as rebranded Homesmine supplements.
