Graham joined Nemorin last July as part-time director of content and strategy. He will now be full-time and combine his existing responsibilities with those of chief operating officer.
He will take over some of the day-to-day operational duties formerly carried out by CEO and founder, Pete Fergusson, freeing him up to focus on growth and strategy, says the company.
Pete Fergusson said: “I love spending my time in the business, but having Graham with us will allow me to spend more time working on the business as we position ourselves for the next growth phase. He has made a massive impact since he joined us three days a week last July; having him here five days a week to help me run Nemorin, while continuing to oversee our content, will enable us to execute our ambitious plans over the coming years.”
Graham – whose new job title is COO and director of content – said: “I’ve loved working at Nemorin over the past year or so. The work produced by the team is outstanding, and my colleagues are truly inspiring people to be around. Being here five days a week is a privilege, and I can’t wait to work more closely with Pete and the rest of my colleagues to take the business to the next level. We have a tonne of ideas - the next few years are shaping up to be enormously exciting.”
“More and more brands are making video the core part of their marketing efforts. Our understanding of strategy, creative, production and distribution means we’re the perfect partner to make cross-platform content that engages audiences - both B2B and B2C - and delivers ROI.”
Graham is the former head of studio at Guardian Labs, the Guardian’s branded content agency. He has also worked in senior branded content and journalism roles at publishers including Condé Nast, Emap and Dennis.
