In her new role, Jo (pictured top) will add responsibility for fashion weekly Grazia to her existing portfolio which already includes young women's weekly glossy more! and Specialist brands Yours, Top Sante, M&B and P&B.
In her new role, Sophie (pictured bottom) will be responsible for Bauer Media’s two largest magazine brands – heat and Closer. Sophie was previously Deputy MD of Closer.
From November 1 2010, Jo and Sophie will both report directly to Bauer Media's Chief Executive Paul Keenan. The reshape follows David Davies, MD of Bauer Media's Women's Lifestyle and Entertainment, move to Phaidon Publishing.

Jo began her career at IPC - first as a circulation manager, and then as Publisher of Ideal Home and Living etc. She then joined BBC Worldwide as Publisher of Eve in 2001 and was soon promoted to Publishing Director of Women's magazines (including Good Food, Good Homes and Olive). Jo moved to Haymarket in 2005 when Eve was sold and became Publishing Director of the Eve brand - including events, online and international editions of the magazine. Jo joined Bauer Media in November 2008 as Acting MD of more!, Yours, Top Santé, Mother & Baby and Pregnancy & birth, and took the role permanently a year later.
Sophie Wybrew-Bond started her career as marketing executive on Haymarket Publishing's Automotive titles. She joined Emap's B2B title Nursing Times and Health Service Journal in 1995 and then four years later moved to the post of Head of Marketing for across men's, music and entertainment titles at Emap Consumer Media (now Bauer Media). She was the launch publisher of Closer in 2002.
