The new Sales Academy will be based in Southampton and will be a centre of excellence for the training and development of Newsquest’s 1,200 sales staff, says Newsquest.
Steve Tinniswood will be responsible for the set up and running of the Newsquest Sales Academy and the running of an industry leading sales training programme. He was previously Director of Careers & Development at Trinity Mirror, with a specific responsibility for sales training and the enhancement of the company’s sales skills.

Steve starts in his new role on November 17th and will report to Amanda Davison-Young, Managing Director of Newsquest Hampshire, who is based in Southampton.
