NFRN Gives Members Chance to Score over Multiple Rivals

The NFRN is giving members the chance to score over their multiple rivals with an exclusive Match Attax promotion with the Daily Mirror.

In this Saturday’s edition of the daily newspaper (December 1) there will be a voucher for a free packet of Match Attax trading cards which can only be claimed from NFRN member stores.

Consumers will have seven days to claim for the packets, which are worth 50p each and contain five cards.

Announcing the promotion NFRN National President Alan Smith (pictured) said: “This is the biggest promotion ever undertaken by the NFRN and we are delighted that Topps and the Daily Mirror have moved the goalposts, enabling NFRN members to participate for the first time in a give away promotion of this scale with a national newspaper and score over their rivals. I would urge all members to check their stock levels ahead of the give away, contact their news wholesaler for extra supplies if needed and really get behind this initiative.

“Not only will it appeal to regular customers, it will bring new customers through your doors.”

In return for handling the vouchers, retailers will be reimbursed for the full price of the packs and will also receive a handling allowance.

Details of participating NFRN stores can be found on the NFRN website.

The promotion will run in England, Wales and Scotland. It will not be available in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland
