Partwork launch: Doctor Who Figurine Collection

Doctor Who Figurine Collection, a new fortnightly partwork from Eaglemoss Publications, goes on sale 28 August, at the introductory price of £2.99.

According to distributors COMAG: First broadcast in November 1963, BBC’s Doctor Who has been entertaining and frightening generations of viewers on Saturday nights for 50 years.

Looking back at this iconic programme by concentrating on many of the characters from the various incarnations of the show, the official Doctor Who Figurine Collection will feature classic characters from 50 years of Doctor Who, including the series’ greatest monsters, all the Doctors, along with Daleks and Cybermen from every era of the programme!

Aimed predominantly at men aged 16 years and older, each figurine of this unique collection is cast in metallic resin for incredible detail before being hand-painted and individually numbered. Each figurine recreates a specific moment from the TV series and is in perfect 1:21 scale.

Every figurine will come with an official collector’s magazine that explains how the character evolved. As well as this, the magazine will give readers the inside story behind classic moments, explore 50 years of Doctor Who history and provide the answers to some impossible questions.

Officially licensed by the BBC, this is the definitive Doctor Who Figurine Collection!
