PDF Invites Retailers to Birmingham Forum

The Press Distribution Forum (PDF) has announced it will be holding a Retail Forum at the Mirror’s printing plant in Birmingham on Thursday 20th June between 10am – 3pm.

The Retail Forum follows the PDF’s commitment to engage with retailers and to develop a greater understanding of their distribution issues.

According to the PDF, the Forum will be an opportunity for retailers to meet publisher, wholesaler and distributor representatives and share their views on the industry with other like-minded retailers. All attendees will be given a tour of the Mirror’s printing plant during live operation and enjoy a networking lunch.

Mike Newman (pictured), Chairman of the PDF said: “The PDF Retail Forum in Birmingham is a great opportunity for retailers, publishers, wholesalers and distributors to connect and exchange views and ideas on the supply chain, along with ways in which newspapers and magazines can be readily accessed by the consumer.”

Places for the Forum are limited, and retailers are asked to apply for a place early by calling 0843 289 3967 or email: admin@pressdistributionforum.com for an application form. The Retail Forum will be held at the Mirror Printing Plant, Wood Lane, Erdington, Birmingham, B24 9PW.
