Formerly known as The Caravan Channel and The Motorhome Channel, and still produced in association with Information TV, the shows now carry the branding of Haymarket’s Outdoor Leisure titles to reflect the input from their editorial team.
Fronted by Group Editor Alastair Clements and Practical Motorhome Editor Niall Hampton, along with contributors David Motton and Dave Newell, the new shows will be packed with caravan, motorhome, tow car and accessory reviews, plus essential advice and features on the campsites that star in the brands’ annual Top 100 Sites Guide, says Haymarket.
“We’re delighted to finally be able to put our own names to the shows that we’ve been working on for the past four years,” says Alastair. “Our relationship with Information TV supplies our websites with industry-leading video content and, even better than that, we’re now able to make proper money from it, too, thanks to the efforts of publisher Kate Hannam who has secured headline sponsorship from Truma for the new series.”
The brands will now produce a new show every week, with each episode aired five times.
