Published by Associated Newspapers Limited, The i Newspaper brings Readly subscribers the opportunity to read its latest UK and world news, politics, lifestyle and sport. Readly says it has 325 newspapers and over 7,600 titles globally on its app.

Research shows that consuming trusted content is ‘very important’ to 40 percent of people in the UK, added Readly. 65 percent report being concerned about the spread of fake news and almost half of people (46%) believe they are exposed to fake news on a daily basis, so providing trusted news from quality sources is an integral part of Readly’s offering, they continued.

Readly outlined that recent figures show in 2023, 390,000 digital issues were read 160 million times on its app with readership spiking in categories such as Business & Finance (+22%), Lifestyle (+18%) and Food & Drink (+13%). The average subscriber spends 8.6 hours per month reading digitally on the platform.

The i is the UK’s youngest newspaper and says it has the fastest growing readership of any UK news brand. Founded in 2010 as a sister title to the Independent, the i became a standalone product in 2016. Readly says the i has repeatedly been voted the nation’s most trusted national newspaper by readers, according to audience measurement body PAMCo.

The i Newspaper is now available to Readly subscribers alongside more than 7,600 titles as part of the all you can read digital magazines and newspaper subscription.
