Stuart Hall, publishing director at Ten Alps Publishing, said that the appointment of Simon as editor is an integral part in the development of SME magazine, which is set to increase its frequency in 2014.
Mr Hall said: “Simon has a wealth of journalism experience and has worked on a range of titles aimed at SMEs over the last two decades.
“I’d like to welcome Simon to the team and I’m sure that with his drive and professionalism that SME will continue to go from strength-to strength.”

Simon continues to run Simon King Media Limited, a PR/journalism consultancy, founded in June 2010.
