Formerly Editorial Director, Zoe (pictured) will be responsible for delivering creative quality, client service excellence and publishing innovation across Dialogue's entire multi-media portfolio.
Dialogue's MD, Mick Hurrell, said: “Zoe's promotion to this new role was built on the excellent results she has delivered with her existing client portfolio - an impressive record of account growth, the highest quality print and digital products and a string of delighted clients.
“This is exemplified by her development of our Harley-Davidson Owners Club account from a magazine into an internationally acclaimed multimedia CRM programme and our biggest client. Zoe's skills and experience will help drive development across our business.”
Zoe is very much a home-grown success story. She joined Dialogue as a sub-editor in 1999 and has worked her way through the ranks to Publishing Director. In 2010 she was awarded Archant's ‘Customer Service Person of the Year’.
Zoe said: “I can’t wait to bring new and exciting creative innovation to all our clients.”
Zoe’s other clients include British Showjumping, British Motorcyclists’ Federation and Mercedes-Benz South West.
Dialogue is Archant’s multi-media contract publishing and content marketing agency. It has a specialism in membership and sporting organisations with a client base that includes British Showjumping, Porsche Club GB, Army Cadets and the Association of Teachers & Lecturers.
