The first issue of Car Mechanics to be published by Bauer Media will be the February 2011 issue, on sale 20th January 2011.
Car Mechanics provides the ultimate in hands-on advice both for those who work on their own cars at home and the independent motor trade, say the publishers. Martyn Knowles will continue as Editor of the title.

The brand compliments our current titles perfectly and having successfully re-introduced Classic Car Weekly last year, the time was right to extend our reach even further.”
The monthly title was licensed to Kelsey in 1992. It will transfer back to Bauer Media on 3rd December 2010.
Bauer Media’s other motoring titles are Car (which has 12 international editions), Practical Classics, Classic Cars, Land Rover Owner and Classic Car Weekly.
Car Mechanics cover price will remain at £4.
