Azerion’s local sales presence, strong network and expertise in technology, combined with its wealth of knowledge around technology and advertising will help Cavai to deliver stand out campaigns for clients in the Italian market, with its integration with the premium publisher and technology firm enabling it to support its clients in a local, specific and highly personal way, says Cavai.
For instance, Azerion and Cavai recently collaborated with Italo, a private company which operates high speed trains. Together, they created a campaign designed to generate engagement in an innovative way, through the creation of a conversational format to invite the user to rediscover the main tourist destinations in Italy. A conversational path was created that would facilitate the user's experience of choosing a destination and to aid with the booking of train tickets.
Thomas Pepe, Italo's Digital Performance Marketing Manager comments: “Italo connects Rome, Florence, Venice, Milan, Naples with new, super fast and secure trains. For this campaign, we chose, once again, to rely on the competence and professionalism of Azerion which, thanks to its highly innovative approach and technology, has helped us to increase the engagement of the brand through Cavai’s ground-breaking format – with the conversational experience an increasingly effective method to drive engagement. It was a perfect brand fit in terms of modernity, dynamism and security."
Rogier Lammers, VP, Sales, Central Europe at Cavai, who negotiated and set up the exclusive partnership, comments: “Azerion has great advertiser and agency connections in the Italian market. It also boasts the necessary publisher technology and the network required to access high quality inventory locally at speed and at scale. With this partnership, we are aiming to rapidly expand our business in Italy. Together with Azerion, a number of campaigns have already been set up and are raring to go. I am hugely excited to work closely with Nicolò and his team.”
Nicolò Palestino, Azerion's Country Manager, Italy, adds: “We seek to offer the ultimate in advanced audience buying solutions for advertisers, agencies and publishers. Today’s complex marketplace requires in-depth knowledge of each market, at a time when consumer behaviour is changing more rapidly than ever – both on and offline. As such, we are delighted to be working for Italo, alongside Cavai, as we continue on our mission to offer appropriate content that inspires and engages, in a privacy-compliant way. Together, we will offer the ultimate in brand-safe creative advertising.”
This news comes hot on the heels of the news that Cavai has raised over £6.5million to drive significant international expansion.
Cavai now has over 70 employees globally. The company says it is developing next-generation, user-centric marketing solutions which enable one-to-one dialogue with consumers across a variety of formats. Cavai will also be launching conversational ecommerce solutions which will integrate with local payment solutions providers and enable in-ad purchases.
