Pensions and benefits professionals from both the private and public sector attended the event where Incisive Media’s leading pensions title launched a website dedicated to pensions-related videos.
The programme included keynote speeches from industry-leading figures, exclusive case studies, round-table discussions and practical insights. Each day also included sessions covering topics such as DB (defined benefit) and DC (defined contribution) schemes, benefits and HR, and technology. Pensions Minister Baroness Ros Altmann addressed the event via a video keynote and a £-Billion Pound Pension Scheme Lunch offered exclusive high-level networking opportunities, say the publishers.
In an exciting move, Professional Pensions launched a dedicated video site, Professional Pensions TV. This will be a library for pensions-related video. The site was launched in partnership with the organisation responsible for Asset TV. It is already hosts dozens of videos produced by Professional Pensions over the past year, as well as sponsored videos from the Asset TV archive.
The closing speaker was Lord Michael Dobbs, novelist, creator of Netflix sensation House of Cards and the Harry Jones thrillers, Member of House of Lords and former adviser to Margaret Thatcher and John Major.
