Insider Media says: Following the recent expansion of the Insider email newsletter into Ireland the newsletter is now received in 11 regions of the UK. In addition, three major new Insider awards dinners have already been launched for 2012.
Michael Taylor the Editorial Director hosts major awards dinners in UK regions where there is, as yet, no Insider magazine. In order to release Michael Taylor to focus on the expansion of Insider products including Insider’s growing range of digital services such as Insider Business TV a new Editor dedicated to North West Business Insider has been appointed.
Chris Maguire (pictured) has joined Insider from his previous role as Editor of the Chorley and Leyland Guardian. He is a past Newspaper Society Journalist of the Year and under his editorship the Guardian has enjoyed successive ABC circulation increases. Chris’s role will be to develop the reader base of North West Business Insider magazine, support the continuous increase in the number of events as well as support the plans to develop new digital products and services for the North West region.
Michael Taylor said: “It has been a privilege to edit North West Business Insider over the last twelve years. We have won a shelf full of awards, but we have above all retained the trust and loyalty of the business community of the North West. As the magazine enters its 21st year it is time to hand over the torch to a new editor and I am delighted that Chris Maguire is to take over giving me more time to work on new projects.”
