Aidex
Centaur has launched an exciting new event in the humanitarian aid sector. AidEx is aimed at helping in the professionalisation and improvement in the delivery of humanitarian aid.
Held in Brussels from 19-20 October, 2011 AidEx will comprise an exhibition, conference, demos and workshops. The event will offer a unique platform for professionals in the humanitarian aid community to consider topics of key importance whilst helping buyers from governmental, intergovernmental agencies and NGOs to engage directly with suppliers of essential equipment and services for disaster relief and longer-term humanitarian aid.
The Lawyer launches two new events
Following the successful launch of The Lawyer Funds Summit that took place in Geneva in November 2010, The Lawyer is mounting an event in Monte Carlo in May 2011.
The Lawyer's inaugural Family Office and Private Client Summit will examine the challenges and opportunities that face advisors to ultra high net worth individuals in the 21st century.
The Lawyer Congress on Governance, Risk and Compliance takes place at The Grand Hotel in Brighton in June. The congress will address the most important GRC issues facing companies today and provide an opportunity for networking between In House, Private Practise, and The Bar.

Centaur has announced the launch of www.fundweb.co.uk the successor to fundstrategy.co.uk.
Fundweb's goal is to target investment professionals with a fast, broad, more insightful news service from a dedicated web focused team.
