Mirror Collection publishes World Cup Special

The latest instalment in the Daily Mirror Collection series, is devoted to the 2014 football World Cup finals, which takes place in Brazil this summer. It goes on sale 9 May, priced £4.99.

According to distributors COMAG Specialist: Aimed at football fans of all ages, The Daily Mirror Collection – Football World Cup Special will review the qualifying campaigns of the 32 finalists, focus on the key players and look at some of the memorable moments from that nation’s football history.

Looking at each of the four teams in the eight groups, The Daily Mirror Collection – Football World Cup Special will give a lowdown of their form, profile the players to watch and rate their chances of making it through to the tournament’s knockout stages.

Using features and photos from the archives of the Daily Mirror, 52-page The Daily Mirror Collection – Football World Cup Special will also have a guide to each of the venues hosting this year’s tournament, a quiz about the competition and take an in-depth look at many of the dodgier hairdos sported by some of the players!

As well as the main magazine, The Daily Mirror Collection – Football World Cup Special will be bagged with a 32-page title called ‘Hod, a Dog and the Hand of God’.
