NatMag appoints research and insight director

The National Magazine Company, Hearst Corporation's principal business in the UK, is delighted to announce the appointment of Aida Muirhead as Research and Insight Director.

Aida (pictured) joins NatMag from ASOS where she developed and managed a customer insight team which worked across the online retailer’s brand strategy and customer segmentation. She previously held roles at EMAP where she was involved in product development, including the launches of Red, Heat, ZOO and Grazia; and was also Head of Research at Initiative Media.

As part of NatMag’s central marketing team, Aida will be responsible for creating, developing and managing the publisher’s centralised Insight team. She will work in partnership with NatMag’s Publishing Directors to develop an indepth and strategic overview of the company’s customers and brands.
