New partwork: Little Cooks Collection

Little Cooks Collection, a new fortnightly partwork from Eaglemoss, goes on sale 1 February, initially priced at 99p.

According to distributors COMAG: “Dora the Explorer is from Nickelodeon’s global phenomenon animated TV series, following a Latino heroine on her adventures, which airs on the popular preschool channel Nick Jr., educating and entertaining children of all ages around the world.

Dora’s Little Cooks Collection encourages children to have fun in the kitchen with a colourful new collection of silicone bakeware, plastic tableware / picnicware and storage jars – everything a little cook needs to fill her life with Dora fun, complete with recipes, stories and games to play with friends too.

Every issue of Dora’s Little Cooks Collection will come with an interactive 20-page magazine, packed full of delicious ideas for healthy, tasty and easy-to-make food, as well as featuring fun facts about ingredients, lovely party and picnic-themed makes.

Aimed primarily at girls aged three and over, as well as their parents, Little Cooks Collection will come with a new piece of silicone bakeware, plastic tableware or picnicware in every issue, as well as recipes and food ideas to make using the kitchenware provided.

Issue No.1 comes with a first Dora plate and four colourful silicone muffin cases. Issue No.2, will have a first Boots plate, a silicone rolling pin and a butterfly biscuit cutter.

Future issues will carry items including Dora mixing bowl with matching mixing spoon, whisk, cake moulds, spatulas, as well as cutlery and crockery and much, much more.

Issue No.1 is on sale 01/02/12 at the introductory price of £0.99.

Issue No.2 will be on sale 16/02/12 priced £2.99.

Issue No.3 will be on sale 01/03/12 at the regular price of £4.99.

Little Cooks Collection will be supported by a huge two-week TV advertising campaign from 31 January, as well as e-mail, online and a social media campaign.

Little Cooks Collection will be fully SoR to retail throughout the 60-part collection.”
