Now designs Unzip Cover

To celebrate the launch of summer blockbuster Magic Mike XXL, Now has joined forces with Warner Bros. Pictures UK to create a front cover readers can unzip by tearing back a perforated strip to reveal a secret special edition cover beneath.

Now, the celebrity and fashion weekly, is one of the official partners for the film. As well as inviting readers to strip open the cover, Now features a 16-page magazine special promoting the cinematic release of Magic Mike XXL. Gearing readers up for the release, Now has created a gallery of content on the making of the film, with features including an image gallery of behind-the-scenes pictures and an interview with the director, Gregory Jacobs.

In addition, say the publishers, the magazine includes some steamy pull-out posters of the cast in all their stripping glory; all the vital stats on the gorgeous Magic Mike XXL men; a candid interview with Channing Tatum; and female cast style guides.

The special issue goes on sale on 30 June and will be promoted on Nowmagazine.co.uk and across the brand’s social media channels.
