PSP Rare lands Bluewater magazine contract

Contract publishing agency PSP Rare has strengthened its retail portfolio landing the contract to publish a brand new Spring/Summer 2011 fashion magazine for Bluewater.

Bluewater Style, a 36 page glossy magazine, will showcase the best of the new season's fashion trends as available through Bluewater's extensive range of fashion retailers.

With a print run of 300,000, the magazine will be distributed internally within Bluewater and as a regional insert in quality Sunday newspapers and in local press. Maximising content delivery, PSP Rare will also produce an online version available to download on Bluewater's own website.

PSP's account director Shalene Varcoe commented: "Bluewater is widely recognised as a benchmark for British retailing and we're delighted to have added this iconic business to our client list. Bluewater's 330 stores include most of the major UK and international fashion outlets and brands and our magazine will endorse its reputation and showcase the very best of the new season's fashion trends and designs.

"With extensive and varied distribution channels, 'Bluewater Style' will target shoppers across Kent and beyond and will re-affirm the centre as a major destination venue for retail fashion amongst regular visitors and seek to attract a brand new shopping public."

A spokesperson for Bluewater added:  "Fashion is a key element of Bluewater’s retail mix and we are delighted that PSP is working with us to promote our fantastic range of Spring/ Summer collections."
