Mansell moves from his role as a Product Specialist at PCS, where he worked closely with customers ensuring the optimum efficiencies within the editorial workflow. As Product Manager, he will work alongside Marketing Manager Hannah Lloyd in developing sales process management for the entire PCS portfolio.
However, his role is specifically focused on taking a strategic lead in identifying the workflow and development priorities for Knowledge Publish by working with existing and prospective customers, as well as industry experts.
PCS Managing Director Phil Walker comments, “We have appointed Rich to this position as part of our move to further enhance our sales approach and facilitate the benefits of the Knowledge platform reaching a wider audience. He will work closely with our development team and head up special projects that will enhance Knowledge, specifically in the first instance for the magazine sector.”
