Six Collector’s Issues of March GQ

British GQ offers a choice of six covers for its March 2014 issue, featuring iconic portraits by legendary photographer David Bailey.

As his new exhibition, Bailey’s Stardust, opens at London’s National Portrait Gallery, GQ celebrates his defining work over five successive decades, with 6 special collector’s issues featuring cover stars John Lennon, Bob Dylan, Mick Jagger, Michael Caine, Jack Nicholson and Johnny Depp.

The March issue also includes tributes on each star from Yoko Ono, Jonathan Lethem, Martin Scorsese, John Naughton, Tom Cruise and Bruce Robinson, as well as behind-the-lens tales about each from Bailey himself.

Bailey’s Stardust is a landmark exhibition of his portraits – more than 250 images, personally selected and printed by Bailey, presented thematically across a series of contrasting rooms and illustrating the extraordinary range of subjects that he has captured throughout his career: actors, writers, musicians, filmmakers, designers, models and artists.

British GQ is in its 25th anniversary year, recently receiving the Digital Magazine of the Year 2013 (Men’s Lifestyle) in the Digital Magazine Awards, and Dylan Jones was awarded Editor of the Year at the BSME Awards, taking the number of honours won by the magazine to 48, say the publishers. British GQ has a combined print and digital circulation of 130,009 (ABC Jan-Jun 2013); readership is 398,000 (NRS Jul 2012-Jun 2013); unique users of the website total 1,079,379, with 13,086,959 page impressions (Google analytics Oct-Dec 2013).

The March 2014 issue of GQ is on sale from the 6th February 2014.
