The business, which comprises 30 print and digital brands ranging from Country Life and Golf Monthly to Cycling Weekly and Yachting World, is currently split between the Blue Fin Building, Time Inc. UK's headquarters in Southwark, and Leon House in Croydon. Its two titles based in Poole, Dorset – Amateur Gardening and Practical Boat Owner – will not be part of the relocation while UK Cycling Events, the provider of premium cycling events acquired by Time Inc. UK earlier this year, will remain at Fordingbridge, Hampshire.
Farnborough Business Park is an established mixed-use campus on a 125-acre site close to the town centre and adjacent to the historical Farnborough Aerodrome, home to the world famous Farnborough Airshow.
Oswin Grady, managing director of Time Inc. UK's specialist brands, says: "Our specialist portfolio has an extraordinary heritage and this move is an exciting new chapter for the group and its staff. Bringing the majority of these brands together in a high-quality new working space will enable us to accelerate our growth ambitions in a first class environment for specialist publishing."
The move will affect approximately 300 staff and will take place in February 2016.
