The British Standards Institution (BSi), who audited Air Business’ St Albans head office, states that certification is an internationally recognised mark that represents commitment to excellence, quality, reliability and continual improvement.
Adam Sherman, group managing director, commented: “Having invested into the official and very demanding ISO certification we are delighted our existing robust internal processes and focus on getting it right for our customers have been recognised.
“We pride ourselves on our passion for publishing. Our quality internal processes and our clients are at the heart of everything we do. Air Business clients have always been welcome to drop in at any time and have left feeling impressed with how our sites operate, our ISO certification confirms that.”
Quadrant, Air Business’ subscriptions bureau, also prioritises information security and quality having recently been re-accredited with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Level 1 which UK banks have to adhere to. Quadrant protects their clients’ brand reputation by ensuring their customers’ data is handled with the highest level of information security, says Air Business Group.
According to the company, these internationally recognised standards highlight that Air Business Group offers its clients the highest quality service and information security as standard, as well as meeting their environmental commitments.
