Dennis partners with Saga to create MagBook for over 50s

Dennis Publishing has partnered with Saga Magazine to publish an all-encompassing health guide, Fit For Life.

The MagBook is available at WH Smith, Sainsburys, www.magbooks.com and on digital platforms.

Saga Magazine worked with Dennis Publishing’s bookazine division, MagBook, to create an informative health guide aimed at those who fit the Saga demographic: a first of its kind. Drawing on audience and reader research, as well as expert advice from Saga Magazine, Fit For Life covers many of the life and health issues experienced by the over-50s, says Dennis.

Dharmesh Mistry, MagBook Publisher, said: “As people get older, they are hungry for information on health and fitness. Looking after their mind and body can often improve their lives, but there is very little accessible information available all in one place. Fit For Life is designed to be a health bible, a source of information that readers can come back to time and time again.”

“Saga Magazine was the perfect fit for this MagBook. It is the only quality publication aimed at this audience, helping to educate its readers about midlife changes. It has been a real pleasure to work with such an inspiring and established brand on the launch of Fit For Life.”

According to Dennis, the MagBook, covering health, nutrition and fitness, shows readers how to stay fit in later life. Featuring tips and advice on how to reduce the risk of illness, especially cancers and heart disease, and packed with up-to-date advice on nutrition and weight loss, this is the ultimate guide for lifelong health and happiness.

Danielle Chivers, Subscriptions Marketing Manager at Saga Magazine, said: “We're delighted to be partnering with Dennis Publishing to launch Fit For Life - our very first MagBook. With our expertise on the over-50s and Dennis' unrivalled know-how in producing high-quality MagBooks, we hope this will be a great success, welcomed by existing Saga Magazine subscribers and hopefully new readers too.”

The launch is the latest addition to the growing MagBook portfolio - just one of 300 titles published in 12 territories. MagBook claims to be the world’s largest bookazine publisher over the last six years and has partnered with brands such as Land Rover and Nokia among others.
