The A4 glossy property advertising-only title was established in 1998 and ran to around 28 pages.
Its closure follows a strategic review of products. Sister title, Property Mart West Essex & East Herts, is unaffected. There are no job losses following this decision.
John Hooker, Publishing Director North London & Property Mart, said: “East London Property Mart has provided value for money advertising across the boroughs it has served for over a decade. But with today’s fast-moving and ever-changing demographics, East London has been transformed and with all these changes we now believe that the title no longer fits with this new dynamic audience.
“We are however, currently working on a new and exciting product to replace Property Mart and will announce details shortly.”
Current customers will be offered a three-month loyalty discount on any Archant London product including digital.
