How Your Body Works - launch

On 9th September, a new weekly partwork hits the newsstand, entitled How Your Body Works.

According to distributors, COMAG, How Your Body Works is an educational and fun partwork collection that helps children to understand the most amazing thing in nature – themselves! Issue by issue, readers will build an actual child-size model skeleton of Billie Bones, complete with internal organs. At the same time, a lively magazine explains all about what goes on inside the human body.

Billie Bones is an easy to assemble model that comes with its own stand. Clear step-by-step instructions are at the back of every magazine and the 110cm skeleton is completed in 34 weekly parts.

Each issue of How Your Body Works goes on a fascinating tour of one part of the human body, such as the bones, muscles or a vital organ like the heart or liver. The magazines build into a complete insight into how the human body works.

Using the latest computer-generated images, How Your Body Works reveals what goes on under the skin. The Growing Body shows how the body changes as it grows from a tiny baby to an adult, while Look After Yourself focuses on how readers can keep their fantastic bodies in top condition.

The collection investigates the biggest, the smallest and the strangest bits every body has, as well as the world’s special record-breaking human bodies. There are also fun and simple experiments to help readers discover for themselves the workings of the body.

How Your Body Works launches with a high-profile £750,000 TV advertising campaign.
