Intermedia acquires ARGevents

Intermedia Brand Marketing Ltd, a provider of integrated circulation marketing solutions, has announced the acquisition of ARGevents Ltd.

ARGevents offers fully tailored corporate outings and events and has steadily built up a strong reputation for event management since its launch. Offering comprehensive corporate entertainment solutions for all budgets and requirements, ARGevents has firmly established itself within the corporate event management industry, says Intermedia.

This acquisition marks a first for Intermedia, a company launched in May 2010, enhancing the company’s one-stop-shop offer for independent publishers and expanding its events and exhibitions services.
