Anyone giving a magazine subscription for Fathers Day will be entered into a draw to win £1000, and iSUBSCRiBE are funding a 10% discount for subscriptions ordered over the Jubilee weekend.
The prize draw will be promoted across www.isubscribe.co.uk and through major campaigns that will see 1 million emails sent to known magazine buyers. iSUBSCRiBE says it will also be running promotions across its affiliate network, spending heavily on search marketing and will have campaigns on the new W H Smith magazine subscription site and through Nextmagazines.co.uk.
The campaign shows the company’s efforts to increase the number of gift subscriptions that are given for Fathers Day as it believes that this is an underdeveloped source of orders.
“In Australia and New Zealand Fathers Day is a huge opportunity for publishers, with many thousands of gift subscriptions being given; we’re trying to get that vibe going here,” said Don Brown, iSUBSCRiBE’s UK head of operations, “Subscription gift sales for Fathers Day have consistently risen in the UK over the past few years and we intend to make this year even better. Publishers will get more magazine sales from us than ever before.”
