Publishing Futures Live

A summary of the results of the Publishing Futures 2012 project was published this week in InPublishing magazine. Jim Bilton of Wessenden Marketing has also just announced a half day workshop - Publishing Futures Live.

Jim Bilton (pictured) writes: “A summary of the results of Publishing Futures 2012, Wessenden Marketing’s annual, independent health-check of the publishing industry, run in conjunction with the PPA and InPublishing, was published in InPublishing this week. We are just in the process of formatting the more detailed results which will be sent to project participants in the next few days.”

He also announced Publishing Futures Live, a half-day workshop in Central London on Monday February 20 at the Institute of Directors.

The workshop will run through all the key ratios, benchmarks, trends, issues and forecasts.  It will then lead into a roundtable discussion with the other delegates about the opportunities and challenges facing your business. This will, says Jim, help you to plan the future of your business with greater knowledge and direction and so improve your profitability and efficiency.

The session costs £295 + VAT, but this is reduced to £250 + VAT for subscribers to Wessenden’s newsletter and for participants in the project.
