The agency has been shortlisted in the ‘Business Innovation’ and ‘Business Person of the Year’ categories.
The specialist media agency have been actively working to recruit, train, develop and employ young talent into their growing business, as well as giving more experienced individuals an opportunity to get back into a working environment. This has been instrumental in the agency’s growth since their launch in 2008, says the company.
“We are obviously very delighted to have been announced as finalists and of course we’ll be doubly proud if we win!” says Toma Habashi, Managing Director of the Bedfordshire-based agency. “We’re pleased that our achievements have been noticed, but the most rewarding thing for us is to continue delivering excellent results for our customers.”
Silvertoad have had a busy year, parting with a former director and 2 employees as part of a major restructure at the firm.
“It’s been a busy few months but changes had to be made and we’re progressing on all levels at an astonishing rate,” says Toma. “We’ve got a hugely talented, enthusiastic, friendly and helpful team in place and I’m delighted that their hard work and dedication been noticed and recognised.”
The agency were also recently approached and signed up to the government run ‘Growth Accelerator’ scheme which is designed to seek out and support high-growth potential companies.
