Smash Hits – Lady GaGa Special

Bauer Media's “legendary” pop magazine Smash Hits is to return again with a one-off special issue dedicated to Lady GaGa.

A fun celebration of the biggest pop star in the world today, Smash Hits Lady GaGa will include features such as Life In Fashion, The Truth Behind the Rumours and a look into GaGa's world before she hit the big time.

The 64-page Special will also investigate her entourage (The Haus of GaGa), cherry-pick the best images from her live shows and take-a-behind the scenes look at what Christmas would be like in the world of Lady G. The package will also feature a giant pull-out wall poster.

Edited by former Smash Hits and heat staffer Jordan Paramor, Smash Hits Lady GaGa Special goes on sale 1 Dec, priced £3.50.

Stuart Williams, MD of Bauer Media's Music & Film Brands, commented: "Lady GaGa has set the pop-agenda over the last two years - her album is still selling at a remarkable rate and she brings her Monster Ball tour back to the UK in December.  It's fitting, therefore, that such an iconic pop magazine as Smash Hits should pay tribute to her."

Smash Hits magazine closed in February 2006 after almost 30 years on the newsstand, but continues as a successful music TV channel, a digital radio station and online. This is the third time Smash Hits has been resurrected in magazine format since it closed, following Take That in Nov 09 and Michael Jackson in July 09.
