Veit Dengler will be responsible for the activities of the Bauer Media Group in the UK, the USA, Australia and other countries. Furthermore, he will push forward with the development of new business for the group.

Veit Dengler has held various top positions throughout his international career, including at McKinsey and Dell. Most recently, as CEO of the Switzerland-based NZZ Media Group, he was responsible for the company’s strategic realignment.
With the appointment of Veit Dengler, publisher Yvonne Bauer is continuing with the restructuring of the Executive Board, which began in September 2017, and is thus particularly supporting the global alignment of the media company, says the company. The Bauer Media Group has significantly expanded its international activities under Yvonne Bauer and today earns two-thirds of the company’s turnover abroad.
In addition to Yvonne Bauer, the Group’s Executive Board has consisted of Jörg Hausendorf (age 53) since 2013, Witold Wozniak (age 49) since 2015 and Harald Jessen (age 46) since 2017, and now from April 2018 Veit Dengler (age 49).
