IPC promotes Roger Cummings

IPC Media has announced the promotion of Roger Cummings from associate publisher for Marie Claire to publishing director for IPC Connect’s market leading Women’s lifestyle portfolio: Woman's Own, Woman and goodtoknow.

Roger (pictured), who won the PPA New Publisher of the Year award in 2010, has worked at IPC Media since 2004. Initially joining as a business analyst for IPC Media’s Southbank division, in 2005 he became managing editor for Marie Claire, progressing to become associate publisher in 2008. Prior to joining IPC, Roger worked as a business analyst at Coca Cola, Conde Nast and British Airways.

Roger takes up his new position next month and replaces Oswin Grady who moves to become publishing director for IPC Inspire’s three equestrian titles: Horse & Hound, Horse and Eventing.
