PC Gamer hits 10 million mark in November

PC Gamer, Future plc’s global PC gaming brand, says it surpassed its record for unique users by recording 10 million visits in November.

That number represents growth of 37% year-on-year and was accompanied by a 53% increase in page views to 65 million, according to the company.

PCGamer.com underwent a complete redesign in September 2014 which utilised responsive design to ensure the site is easily viewed on all platforms and also featured renewed emphasis on hardware coverage. This year has seen the successful introduction of PC Gamer Pro, a new channel focused on the competitive gaming scene, and the debut of the PC Gaming Show at E3.

Tim Clark, Global Editor-in-Chief of PC Gamer, says: “2015 has been a tremendous year for PC Gamer. We gave the magazine a new look, launched PC Gamer Pro, and held E3’s first ever PC-dedicated show. November’s record breaking traffic is testament to the incredible hard work and talent of the team, plus the rude health of PC gaming as a whole. I expect both our site and the hobby to keep growing explosively next year.”
