Marina joins from TomTom NV, a location and navigation solutions provider, where for ten years she has been Chief Financial Officer. Robert Gray will continue as Chief Financial Officer until this date.
Since joining UBM in 2009, Bob Gray has played a key role in helping to steer the Company through its transformation into a focused events and marketing services company. However Bob has expressed a wish to relocate back to the US. He will remain with the Group as an Executive Director until the end of this year, initially to ensure an orderly transition to the new CFO and then to support the execution of the “Events First” strategy, which he has taken an integral role in helping to develop.
