The three-day event - running from 27th February to 1st March 2011 at Birmingham's NEC - replaces the existing Convenience Retailing Show (CRS) and aims to be the biggest trade show for the convenience sector, building on the legacy of CRS.
The event is part of a decisive new move from key players in the industry and will see the new show positioned alongside two of the most important dates in the retail calendar: the annual Association of Convenience Stores' (ACS) Summit and The Grocer Lunch, held annually to announce and celebrate the top independent retailers and wholesalers.
William Reed says that it will provide a unique focal point for the whole industry – a single platform for all retailers, wholesalers and suppliers to come together and benefit from a unique, easily-accessible three days that combine innovative trade show, high-level thought leadership, networking and deal-making.
