Stacey Bromley of the BPIF HR team who co-ordinates the HR activity across the sites in Reading, Leicester and Leeds with Celloglas said: “This is brilliant news for the team who've been striving for HR consistency across the business.”
To achieve the Seal of Excellence for HR, a minimum score of 80% must be scored on the HR Healthcheck undertaken by a BPIF Adviser.
