Hearst & NatMag choose ad DEPOT

Hearst Magazines and the National Magazine Company have announced that 5 fifteen will provide print and digital advertising, database administration, and billing services to the two companies through its ad DEPOT integrated solution software.

Browser-based with a service-oriented architecture, ad DEPOT helps to maximize advertising revenues by leveraging an integrated advertising sales process across an entire range of publications. ad DEPOT facilitates ad booking, placing, chasing, and general contact management from a single, integrated solution. Taking advantage of the latest technologies, ad DEPOT works natively across multiple time zones, allowing sales teams to share detailed information without the need for 3rd party deployment technologies, says 5 fifteen.

“With our broad range of titles, both in print and online, we need a system and a company that can provide us with the flexibility to support all of our current and future advertising requirements,” said John P. Loughlin, executive vice president, General Manager, Hearst Magazines. “ad DEPOT meets our requirements for serving our fashion, home and lifestyle communities throughout the advertising lifecycle. We were impressed with 5 fifteen's personal, professional service and commitment to deliver.”

“ad DEPOT will provide NatMag with an integrated approach to contact and lead management, proposal and order processing, across multiple media,” said Simon Horne, General Manager, National Magazine Company. “It will also replace disparate legacy systems and provide anytime and anywhere access for sales staff to customer data, helping us to respond to our advertisers more efficiently.  We look forward to working with 5 fifteen over the coming months to implement ad DEPOT and are pleased to be doing this in a collaborative effort with our colleagues at Hearst Magazines.”
