MailOnline says: The MailOnline surpassed 190 million Monthly Unique Visitors for the first time in October, while there were more than 12 million Unique Visitors each day on average last month.
According to figures released yesterday by ABC, the MailOnline achieved 192,629,464 Global Monthly Unique Visitors in October, an increase of 4.5% on September and a 25.2% increase year-on-year.
The MailOnline also achieved more than 12 million Global Average Daily Unique Visitors for the first time ever in October. There were 12,071,646 Average Daily Unique Visitors to the website and apps last month, representing an increase of 2.4% on September, and growth of 25.7% year-on-year.
The MailOnline recorded its best ever day for Unique Visitors in October 2014 as well. On the 21st October 2014, there were 14.3 million Global Daily Unique Visitors to the website and apps, an additional fifty thousand on the previous record set in September.
There were also new records achieved for both Monthly and Average Daily Unique Visitors in the UK in October 2014.
For the first time ever, there were more than 60 million Monthly Unique Visitors and 5 million Average Daily Unique Visitors in the UK.
There were 60,657,477 Monthly Unique Visitors in the UK in October, representing monthly growth of 4.8%, and an increase of 19.8% year-on-year.
There were 5,005,950 Average Daily Unique Visitors in the UK last month, representing an increase of 3.4% on September, and 20.3% on October last year.
The MailOnline also recorded 53.4 million Global Video Views in October 2014, which is an increase of 51.6% compared with October last year.
Additionally, the MailOnline set new records on its apps in October 2014.
There were 582,070 Global Average Daily Unique Visitors on the iPhone App, representing an increase of 1.0% on the previous record set in September.
The Android App, meanwhile, achieved a new record for Global Monthly Unique Visitors in October as 857,912 visitors accessed the app last month.
