The statement on the company’s website reads: “On 21 December 2009, the companies entered administration with A Swarbrick and C A Lewis being appointed Joint Administrators. The appointment was made by the Company’s Directors under the provisions of paragraph 22(2) of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
