Quadrant wins new clients

A number of publishers have transferred their subscriptions management to Quadrant, part of the Air Business Group, in the first quarter of 2016.

Quadrant has recently strengthened its client portfolio with several new brands, such as The Spectator, UBM’s Chemist & Druggist and Northern and Shell, with its flagship publication OK! Magazine. Quadrant already provides subscription services for a number of high-profile names including The Economist, Net-a-Porter and Reed Business Information.

This comes off the back of Quadrant’s investment into new value-added services which focus on subscriber acquisition and retention. Its leading Next Generation E-Commerce platform, which went live with the first customer earlier this month, is also set to offer its clients best-of-the-breed technology to add to their subscription audience development strategy, says Quadrant.

Quadrant says it also provided Time Inc. UK with strong support and assistance in the establishment of and transition to its new internal subscriptions management solution. While their subscriptions are no longer managed by Quadrant, Time Inc. UK’s relationship with the Air Business Group remains strong. Having extended its distribution partnership with Air Business to cover its total postal distribution, Time Inc. UK’s Kevin Lamb joined the Air Business team in January to manage this increased number of Time Inc. UK titles.

Adam Sherman, managing director of the Air Business Group, commented: “With the welcoming of more major clients and the development of its innovative value-added services, Quadrant continues to go from strength-to-strength. Air Business has never felt more robust as a Group. We will maintain our investments in advancing Quadrant’s services to help aid the progression of the publishing industry which we, wholeheartedly, remain dedicated to.”
