125 Years of Good Housekeeping USA

Princess Diana and Margaret Thatcher rub shoulders with Mother Teresa and Hillary Clinton in Good Housekeeping USA’s top 10 most inspiring and powerful women in history.

The magazine celebrates its 125th birthday with a special collector’s issue featuring the results of a reader poll to find the most admired women of all time.  The May issue, on sale 21 April, also has an exclusive interview and photoshoot with America’s First Lady Michelle Obama.

Editor-in-Chief Rosemary Ellis interviews cover star Michelle, the ultimate inspiration for modern women.  Michelle reveals how she manages to balance family time with an extremely busy job and still find time to take care of herself.

The centrepiece for this special issue is the feature 125 Women Who Changed Our World.  Good Housekeeping USA looks at the women who stood up for what they believed in and initiated change, improving the lives of women forever.  This issue also unveils the results of a reader vote for the top 10 women who deserve special recognition.  Readers voted for the women whose nerve, imagination and passion have changed history, with the following result:
