PPA launches Advertising Awards

The PPA Advertising Awards have been launched to highlight and recognise the finest examples of advertising planning and execution within magazine media brands and channels, available from the UK’s professional publishers.

Professional publishers are at the forefront of content creation and innovative distribution. Readers continue to immerse themselves in their printed formats while increasingly interacting and enjoying content through websites, digital editions, tablet editions, mobile and social networks. 

The PPA Advertising Awards cover this growing diversity of platforms and content consumption routes. So, says the PPA, if you PLAN, BUY, CREATE  or ACCOUNT MANAGE advertising campaigns within magazine media brands and channels of professional publishers, then why not share your work … and be a potential winner?

James Papworth (pictured), marketing director at the PPA writes: “We have established the PPA Advertising Awards as a showcase for the unsung heroes who plan and execute the finest campaigns using magazine media brands and channels.

These awards are for the planners, the buyers, and the account managers; the campaign architects who work with professional publishers to deliver effective and impactful advertising - in print and in digital.

We want you and your colleagues to get involved.”

The Awards are open to any advertising campaign which utilised a branded magazine media channel, be that Consumer or B-2-B and ran in the period 1st July 2011 to 30th June 2012.
