These new events are being delivered by the team behind QP magazine and SalonQP. Held, say the organisers, in some of London’s most luxurious boutiques and prestigious private members’ club venues; the series will debut on Wednesday 27th and Thursday 28th November, at Ten Trinity Square Club in the Four Seasons Hotel, Tower Bridge.
Taking place across two days in November, ClubQP opens with a VIP champagne reception evening on 27th November, followed by a full day showcasing over 20 watch brands throughout 28th November.
The editors of QP will be hosting intimate talks with some of the world’s leading watch experts throughout the course of the day, including live presentations from renowned watchmakers, says Hearst.
ClubQP ‘members’ will be selected to attend from Hearst’s luxury brand portfolio – QP, Esquire, Harper’s Bazaar and Town & Country.
Speaking about the new event concept, Alun Williams, Hearst UK managing director men’s lifestyle and luxury said: “ClubQP marries a celebration of the finest craftsmanship and traditions of the horological world, with an intimate retail-friendly environment. Hearst is in the unique position of having a portfolio of HNW individuals who have shown a strong desire to attend an exclusive VIP watch events. We’ve taken their feedback on board to create a bespoke series, in opulent London settings, to allow hands-on access to watches alongside conversations with fellow collectors and watchmakers. We’re very excited to launch ClubQP this November, with more events to follow next year.”
The full 2020 ClubQP series programme will be announced in due course.
